Directors Notes

Richard Harris is probably best known for his comedies like 'Outside Edge' and'Stepping Out', both of which are past Garrick productions, but 'Dead Guilty' relies on his lesser known qualities as main script writer on 'A Touch of Frost' on television. The play had a West End run in 1995 with Hayley Mills and Jenny Seagrove in the main roles.

This is Mark Storton's first play as director for The Burnley Garrick Club and he has selected a strong cast with newcomer Steve Grist making his debut.
